A mark I expected is missing from the search report
Check that your mark is in the portfolio with the right class; journal watch compares marks within the same class only. AI reads the words in logo marks within a few hours of a journal arriving, so a report run straight after a new journal may miss a few logo marks; run it again later. Logo marks with no words and no comparable picture cannot be compared, and the report shows how many there were.
The journal I need is not in Journal watch
Choose Fetch new journals. Journals older than about four months drop out because their opposition period is over.
An application number is "not found" when I add it
Nishaan only knows applications it has seen in a journal or in loaded e-Register data. Add the mark with Add Manually, or connect to IP India and refresh it live.
A deadline looks wrong
Open the case in Opposition portfolio and check the dates of each step. Deadlines are worked out from those dates. Cases added from the register need their dates confirmed.
My letters show the wrong address
Update Agency profile in Settings. Reports generated after the change use the new details.
I uploaded my own template and some details are blank
Each detail needs its placeholder in curly braces, typed exactly as listed in Settings. Word sometimes splits a placeholder when you edit part of it; retype the whole placeholder in one go.
The OTP did not arrive
Check the email address or mobile number and wait a minute. IP India may limit requests; try again a few minutes later.
