AI that reads the journal with you.

Nishaan's AI reads every logo in the Trade Marks Journal, in Hindi and every other script, fills in a reply from the examination report, drafts the arguments and gives a second opinion on a match. You check every word; nothing is filed for you.

Logos text recognition could not read.

Journal 2284 had 791 logo marks in which ordinary text recognition found no words at all. Of the first 240 that AI read, it found the words in 223. Some of them:

Six jobs it takes off your desk.

  1. 1

    Journal watch

    Every logo, read

The words in each logo mark, in any script, spelled in Latin letters so they can be compared, and the things the logo shows. Done for every journal within hours of it arriving.

  2. 2

    Journal watch

    Logos of the same idea

Two different drawings of a lion in the same class are flagged as “logo shows the same: lion”, next to the word and picture matches.

  3. 3

    Journal watch

A second opinion on a match

Review with AI says how likely confusion is, high, medium or low, gives the reasons, and suggests whether to oppose or watch.

  4. 4

    Drafting

The examination report, read for you

Upload the report as a PDF. The application number, mark, class, date, objections and cited marks are filled into the reply form.

  5. 5

    Drafting

    Arguments for each objection

A paragraph for each objection under Section 9 or 11, specific to the mark and its goods. Facts it was not given are left in [brackets] for you.

  6. 6

    Drafting, Form TM-A

    Classes and goods

Describe the business in a sentence. Get the classes it needs and the goods and services worded the way the Registry accepts.

Questions about AI.

Does AI file anything or decide anything?

No. AI reads and drafts; you decide. Every draft and every match review is for you to check before anything goes to the Registry or a client.

Which AI does Nishaan use?

Claude, made by Anthropic. Nishaan sends only what a request needs: a logo, the examination report you upload, or the details of the marks on the form. Anthropic does not train its models on it.

What happens when we use up the month’s AI requests?

The AI buttons wait for the first of the next month; everything else in Nishaan keeps working. Reading the journal’s logos is done for every firm and never counts against your requests.

Can AI be wrong?

Yes. It reads most logos correctly but can misread stylised lettering, and a match review is an opinion. Treat it like a quick first pass by a capable junior: useful, and always checked.
