I work alone. Is this too much software for me?
The Starter plan is for one attorney or a small practice. Start with journal watch and the opposition portfolio; the rest is there when you need it.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. It works in the phone’s browser. Tables turn into cards so nothing is cut off, and the menu opens from the top.
What happens after the 14 days?
You choose a plan and pay for a month or a year, or turn on auto-pay. Without auto-pay nothing is debited, and you get an email seven days and one day before the trial ends.
Will my clients see Nishaan?
Only if you want them to. Letters, drafts and client reports carry your letterhead, and you send them yourself.
Does it help with filings other than oppositions?
Yes. Drafting writes replies to examination reports, authorisations of agent and Forms TM-A, TM-R and TM-P on your letterhead, from the mark in your portfolio. Compliance shows each reply and renewal that is due. Upload the examination report and AI fills in the form and drafts the arguments for each objection, with anything it does not know left in [brackets]. You check the draft and file it yourself.
